Party Rental Information

We are excited to host your party events! The Arcade will be an entertaining space for your guests. In addition, our studio space is also available for table/chair set up as well as additional space for more entertainment options.

We will offer 30mins prior to your request time for set up and 30 minutes post your end time for clean up.

Facility must be returned back to owner in the same condition it was given to Renter.

The Renter agrees to pay the $125.00 Damage Deposit ( refundable if no damage is done to unit/games ),If any excessive damage is done to unit or games the Renter agrees to pay an additional $125 in damage deposit.

The Renter agrees to clean and return the facility back to Owner in the same condition it was received in. A walk through will be completed prior and post event.

The Renter Agrees that NO alcohol will be on site.

A staff member will allow access and will lock up after event and clean up has been completed. Trash is to be put in bags(double bagged if necessary) and left by the back door in the back storage room (neatly)

Decorations can be tapes up with masking tape or clear tape. NO HOLES are to be made - no sticky tack/command strips.

The Renter assumes full responsibility for the actions of members/guests and others who may be in attendance and to see that orderly conduct is maintainted on both inside and in the immediate vicinity outside the facility.

The Renter agrees that it will indemnify and save harmless the Venue Owner from any and all liability, loss, or other damage claims or obligations resulting from any injuries or losses of this nature.

The Venue Owner shall not be liable for any claims for injury or damage to persons, or property from any cause whatsoever relating to the occupancy of the facility by the RENTER, including any such claims arising out of damages or losses occuring on sidewalks and other areas adjacent to the facility during the term of this lease agreement or any extenion of such term.
